About The Role
The Marketing and Content Assistant is responsible for managing innovative design projects and high-impact marketing campaigns. The role involves overseeing brand materials, developing campaign plans and execution. The position also involves administrative tasks and ensuring smooth coordination with external and internal departments.
Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating practical design capability

2+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing, content or related fields

Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into marketing actions

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Excellent creative judgement and brand storytelling ability

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Responsibilities

Design and Creative

Create engaging content for all platforms and channels

Assist with copywriting, photography, video editing and daily content updates

Oversee branding materials such as packaging, in-store visuals, and digital touchpoints adhere to Chaffic's established standards and maintain consistency

Support influencer collaborations and social media management

Campaign & Event Management

Assist in developing branch briefs and campaign proposals

Manage campaign displays and visuals, including digital screens, posters, and in-store assets

Support execution of in-store activations and campaigns

Application and website Maintenance
-
Perform maintenance, manage settings and update banners and designs accordingly
-
Enhancing & refining Chaffic app’s marketing capabilities and customer experience to drive growth and marketing plans

Marketing Operations Support

Work closely with store teams to ensure consistent execution and provide ongoing marketing support

Assist in collecting campaign materials, data, and performance insights

Support administrative tasks and vendor communication when needed
