At Chaffic, we aim to make local Click & Collect quick and convenient. Please review our pickup policy below for details on pickup processing times, collection instructions, and more.

Orders will be available for Click & Collect the next business day after ordering.
“Click & Collect Ready” notification
You will receive a “Click & Collect Ready” email only after your order has been confirmed and packed. Please present the confirmation email for collection.

Once you receive your "Click & Collect Ready" email, your order will be held in-store for 7 days.
If the order is not collected within 7 days, Chaffic reserves the right to cancel and refund the order, or contact you to arrange shipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
Exceptions
• Best-sellers / Pre-orders / Out-of-stock items: Click & Collects may be delayed. Please refer to email updates for the latest status.
• Orders placed outside store hours: These will be processed on the next business day.
• Stock transfers between stores (if required): May take 1–2 business days.
