If you discover your order to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once the information has been received and verified, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement, refund, or credit to resolve any issues with your order.

The refund will be processed back to your original payment method after inspection and approval.
Change Of Mind
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of minds as all our products are carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch.

For food and beverage items such as matcha or other consumables, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or unsealed due to health and safety regulations.
